Our Advantages

RSG has a strict quality control system. 

1. Before production, we will check whether the mold is complete and whether it needs to be polished and combed. 

2. For the first run of testing, we will focus on measuring the first 50 glass bottles, comparing drawings, measuring height, diameter, entrance diameter of bottle mouth, the inner diameter of bottle mouth, the thickness of bottle bottom, glass weight, and liquid filling level to ensure consistency with the drawings. 

3. Random inspection in production, every hour each mold spot checks 10 glass bottles, in addition to being consistent with the drawings, but also eliminating bubbles, cracks, and other defective products. 

4. Check into the warehouse, after the production of the glass bottle, the warehouse manager counts the quantity and provides the exact quantity and packing list to the customer. 

5. For pre-shipment inspection, our team will check the integrity and cleanliness of the packaging.
